1080 Lines appear in Gravity Spy images as a string of short yellow dots, sometimes connected to form a line, and sometimes more sparse, always around 1080Hz. These began to appear at the Hanford detector during the second observing run (O2).
Cause:
Reduction of this glitch was seen after a configuration change was made to increase the gain of a control loop for the output mode cleaner's length. This change took place on 14 January 2017. However, there may still be weak 1080 Line glitches after that time.
